MATHEW
G. NASRALLAH
MATHEW G. NASRALLAH,
born in Tampa, Florida, is a graduate of Florida State University
(B.S., 1987) and University of Georgia School of Law (J.D. cum laude,
1993). He is licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia and is
admitted to practice in every United States District Court and State
Court in Georgia and Florida and the United States Court of Appeals,
Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Nasrallah's primary areas of practice are
civil trial work, personal injury and wrongful death cases and maritime
and admiralty law.
He has extensive experience
in all phases of federal maritime and state trial and appellate
practice. Mr. Nasrallah is a member of the Georgia Bar, the Florida
Bar, the Maritime Law Association of the United States, the Southeastern
Admiralty Law Institute, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association,
the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of
America, and the Christian Legal Society. For over a decade, Mr.
Nasrallah has personally investigated and litigated many maritime
accidents and disasters including diving injuries and deaths, drownings,
electrocutions, collisions, allisions, cargo losses, oil spills,
boiler explosions, and other catastrophic maritime accidents.
Mr. Nasrallah clerked
for renowned maritime law academic, Professor Thomas Schoenbaum,
and is published in his treatise on Admiralty and Maritime Law.
Matt enjoys free diving, boating, and was a life guard prior to
practicing law. He is married with four children and lives in Marietta,
Georgia.
