MATHEW G. NASRALLAH, born in Tampa, Florida, is a graduate of Florida State University (B.S., 1987) and University of Georgia School of Law (J.D. cum laude, 1993). He is licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia and is admitted to practice in every United States Federal District Court and State Court in Georgia and Florida. Mr. Nasrallah’s primary areas of practice are civil and admiralty trial work related to personal injury and wrongful death cases, and maritime and admiralty law.
He has extensive experience in all phases of federal maritime and state trial and appellate practice. Mr. Nasrallah is a member of the Georgia Bar, the Florida Bar, the Maritime Law Association of the United States, the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice, and the Christian Legal Society. Since 1993 Mr. Nasrallah has personally investigated and litigated many maritime accidents, injuries, and deaths. Over the last 10 years, Mr. Nasrallah’s focus has been on SCUBA diving and recreational boating related injuries and deaths.
Mr. Nasrallah clerked for renowned maritime law academic, Professor Thomas Schoenbaum, and is published in his treatise on Admiralty and Maritime Law. Matt grew up on the Florida Coast. Since he was a child Matt has always been on the water, and has stayed intimately involved in boating, navigation, and the commercial vessel customs and practices. He is married with five children and lives in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
