Finding an attorney who has experience with scuba diving and accidents related to diving is not easy. Mathew Nasrallah and Gere Quinn are among a select few attorneys in the United States who have experience with both scuba diving, federal and state trial practice, products liability, and maritime law. Scuba diving related injuries and death almost always touch on one of these critical areas of experience. Matt and Gere are both AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and are divers themselves. We routinely work with local attorneys who refer these types of cases to us, as they are usually the ones who know the client, their medical providers and their friends and family, as well as the local legal customs and practice. Fees are shared consistent with local practice and bar rules. There is never any extra cost to the client for your referral.
